Application Of 450/750V Control Cable
450/750V Control cables are PVC insulated and PVC sheathed control cables suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, and for controlling and protecting lines with AC rated voltage below 450/750 volts. Some common applications of 450/750V control cable include:

Information transmission system: 450/750V Control cables used in information transmission systems, including telephone cables, cable TV cables, data transmission cables, radio frequency cables for mobile wireless communication systems, and various electronic cables. In recent years, the proportion of optical fiber and cable in the information transmission network has increased rapidly, and it has become the main transmission medium of information transmission lines.

Mechanical equipment, instrumentation system: This part is applicable to almost all products except overhead bare wires, but mainly power cables, electromagnetic wires, data cables, instrumentation cables, etc.

450/750V Control cables for electrical equipment and electrical instruments: In the two major systems of power and information, from the starting point of the system (such as generators, signal transmitters), through various nodes of the system (such as transformers, program-controlled switches) to user terminals (such as household appliances, telephones, televisions, computers), all of which use a lot of wires and cables.

Standard Of 450/750V Control Cable
The 450/750V Control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,and our factory can also produce according to other standards (such as BS, IEC.etc).

Features Of 450/750V Control Cable
1. DC resistance: 20ºC, 0.4mm copper wire, less than or equal to 148Ω/km, 0.5mm copper wire, less than or equal to 95Ω/km.
2. Insulation electric strength: 1min 1kv between conductors without breakdown, conductor and shield 1min 3kv without breakdown
3. Insulation resistance: each core wire is grounded with the other cores, the control cable is greater than 10000MΩ.km, and the HYAT cable is greater than 3000MΩ.km.
4. Working capacitance: average value 52±2nF/km
5. Far-end crosstalk defense: at 150kHZ, the average power of the specified combination is greater than 69dB/km.

Conditions Of 450/750V Control Cable
(1)The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70oC
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90oC
(2)The temperature for laying the cables can not be lower than 0oC.Permissible bending radius(r):unarmoured cable:r≥6D;(D: outer diameter of the cable);armoured or copper-tape screened cable:r≥12D;shielded flexible cable:r≥6D
